Magazine Feature Articles
The first magazine to approach me to feature the Cabriolet was "Let's Play VW's" from Japan. They shot the T34 near my home in October, even before I had time to install the rocker trims. The next feature was the KGOC-GB club with photos that I had sent them. Then Stephan Szantai, a freelance photographer for the European magazines, came down to shoot it at the coastline in Pacific Beach. This article made the cover of VolksWorld, the premier English magazine. Then I got a call from Hot VW's to feature it in their annual Vintage Special issue. It was shot at the movie theatres near my home on this great mosaic pattern. It was the first time a T34 had been featured on their cover.
